At KBS Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products across all our categories, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling will not be accepted for return.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or videos as proof. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment method, the refund may be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit. In some cases, delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage concerns, such as personal care items (e.g., toiletries bags once used), pillows, or any product that has been opened or used after delivery. Clearance or sale items may also be non-returnable unless defective.
